xoxoxo

When I set out to create this card, I thought a pastel rainbow would make a cute gender-neutral baby card. I’m not so sure that’s how it comes across in the final product though!

I used the new Lawn Fawn xoxoxo line border die to create the rainbow strips. One thing I love about this die is that it also cuts along the bottom line, so you don’t have to try to get an even strip in your trimmer.

I painstakingly adhered them to white cardstock, making sure the lines were even…easier said than done! I trimmed the edge by about 1″ and adhered it to a sheet ofย  pink striped Lawn Fawn paper. I also used a lawn Fawn stitched border along the pink paper for a bit of added interest.

All in all, this card came together fairly easily. With no stamping, it’s a great card to mass produce!

Let me know what you think of the pastel rainbow in the comments. Does it say baby card or valentines day?
